| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the problems existing in postgraduates＆#39; scholarships and grants system construction, combining the perfecting process of postgraduates＆#39; scholarships and grants system construction in Ningxia Medical University, making guaranteeing the basic living needs of postgraduates as the basis, making awarding to promote their learning as the foundation, as well as making improving the cultivating quality as the target, so as to establish a relatively complete system of postgraduates＆#39; scholarships and grants, and cultivate high quality and high level professional talents. |
