摘    要:随着我国高等教育发展趋势和社会政治经济走向的发展,经历几年的研究生扩招之后,我国研究生教育规模已进入了跨越式的发展阶段,单导师制研究生培养模式的局限性日益凸显。培养创新能力是提高研究生培养质量的核心,只有组建导师团队,使不同学科、不同领域、不同专业的导师交流互补,才能使知识更新、研究创新,从而培养出社会需要的创新型、复合型人才。

Exploration on Constructing Postgraduates Training Mode with Team Supervisor System

Abstract:With the development of the China's higher education development trend and the social political economic trend, the scale of postgraduate education in China has entered the leaping development stage, and the single supervisor postgraduate cultivation model's limitations become increasingly prominent after several years of graduate students' enrollment. The cultivation of innovative ability is the core to improve the quality of postgraduates, only to form tutor team, to make instructors communicates with different disciplines, different areas, different professional, and to renew the knowledge and research, can cultivate innovative talents in accordance with the social needs.
