| Abstract: | Nowadays, many Chinese traditional design ＆amp; reseach institutes are devoting to become engineering corporate. A major challenge is the management of subcontractor in this process. The management practices and the effect of the district subcontracting mode on CHALIECO are analyzed, and the subcontracting management mode of EPC is discussed in this paper. |
