袋式除尘器涤纶针刺毡滤料硬化技术的研究

摘    要:袋式除尘器广泛采用柔性滤料,辅以骨架支撑。试验采用涤纶针刺毡作试材,用胶黏剂、三聚磷酸钠体积百分含量分别为35%、20%的改性配方处理,获得了无需骨架支撑、断裂强力达到1020N、透气度15m3/(m2·min)、总除尘效率达到99.99%的硬化滤料。

Abstract:The bag-type duster widely uses flexible filter, and is supplemented by framework support. The experiment uses the polyester needle felt as test materials, and applies the modified formula with 35% volume percentage of adhesives and 20% of sodium tripolyphosphate, and gains the hardening filter which is without support frame, whose breaking strength reaches 1020N, whose air permeability reaches 15m3/(m2·min), and whose total collection efficiency reaches 99.99%.
