| 摘 要： | 我国应用化学专业本科人才培养质量与市场需求有一定的差距,其主要原因是人才培养模式不能适应产业需要,如何提高人才培养质量是目前高等院校面临的共同问题。教学质量是学校永恒的主题,决定人才培养的质量。文章针对人才培养方案的构建、提高教学质量进行探讨,以期对应用化学专业的人才培养有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | It is a certain gap that our application of chemistry undergraduate talents cultivation quality about the market demand,the talent cultivation mode can not adapt to the industry needs is the main reason,so,how to improve the quality of talent training is the common problem faced by the universities.Teaching quality is the eternal theme of the universities,and determines the quality of talent cultivation.The talent training plan of construction and improving the quality of teaching are discussed,with a view to applied chemistry specialty talent training. |
