陕西省高校大学生课外体育活动影响因素及对策研究

本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法等方法,依据分层抽样的原则,以陕西省8所高校1600名大学生为调查对象。探寻陕西省大学生参加课外体育活动的影响因素,充分研究如何发挥高校体育功能,努力促使大学生积极参加课外体育锻炼,促进学生全面素质发展。并为我省高校课外体育锻炼的改革和管理提供参考依据和建议。

Analysis on Influence Factors of School Sports Activities in Colleges in Shaanxi Province and Countermeasures

Such research methods as literature review,questionnaire survey,field visits,expert interviews,statistical analysis and other mathematical methods were used in this paper.The study was based on the principle of stratified sampling,and 1600 college students in 8 colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province were chosen as subjects.The project activated a full research on how to bring into play college sports features to help students actively participate in extra-curricular physical activity and promote the development of the overall quality of students and can serve as a reference and suggestion in relation to the reform and management of extra-curricular physical activity of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.
