黔产紫陀螺菌营养成分分析

摘    要:紫陀螺菌是一种大型外生菌根菌类野生真菌。通过不同方法分析测定其营养成分,结果表明,该菌含有合理的营养成分:灰分3.052%,蛋白质25.5%,脂肪0.65%,粗纤维13.18%,碳水化合物56.37%,总糖4.03%。同时还测定了铁、锌、硒、锶等20种微量元素。并对20种微量元素每日摄入量、限量标准进行了分析。

Abstract:Gomphus purpuraceus is a kind of large-scale ectomycorrhiza fungus category in wild fungus.Through different methods for determination of nutritive value,results showed that the fungus contain amount of reasonable nutrients: Ash3.05%,Protein25.5%,Fat0.65%,Crude fibre13.18%,Carbohydrate56.37%,common sugar 4.03%.And determinated the 20 kinds of microelements,such as Fe,Zn,Se,Sr.In addition,analyzed the daily intake and limited standard.
