| 摘 要： | 从信息论的角度重新定义项目风险,利用信息熵对项目风险进行度量,建立了一种基于信息熵的项目风险分析模型。利用该模型对实际工程项目风险指标进行等级排序,并根据二拉平原则对项目进行风险决策。结果表明,该模型能有效指导风险控制工作。

| Abstract: | This paper redefines project risk from the perspective of information theory,measures project risk by Entropy,and establishes a project risk analysis model based on Entropy. A group of actual project risk indicators are ranked by the model,simultaneously a risk decision is given by the paper based on ALARP principle. Result shows that the model is able to supervise the work of risk control effectively. |
