高职应用型中药专业人才培养模式的探索与实践

为了体现现代高职中药教育教学思想,根据江苏中医药产业的需要,提出与之相适应的应用型中药专业技术人才培养模式,本文以苏州卫生职业技术学院中药专业为例,阐述了高职中药专业建设实施过程中人才培养的必要性,人才培养的方案,课程体系建设,实验实训教学,建设发展方向等这几个方面的内容。探讨培养高素质、应用型中药专业技术人才的方法,从而满足中药岗位对应用型专业人才的需求,为中药专业建设提供参考。

Research and Practice of the Training Mode for Applied Traditional Chinese Medicine Talent in Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to manifest the modern quality traditional Chinese medicine education teaching thought,according to the needs of Chinese medicine industry in Jiangsu, the application of corresponding type of medicine professional training model is proposed in this paper. Taking Suzhou Medical Technical Collage for example, this article elaborated the necessity of talent training, training plan, curriculum system construction, experiment and practical teaching and construction development direction in the implementation process of quality traditional Chinese medicine specialized construction. This article explores the methods for training high-quality, applied professional Chinese medicine talents in order to meet the requirements of traditional Chinese medicine jobs, and provide the reference for the traditional Chinese medicine specialized construction.
