浅谈表面粗糙度测量技术与方法

摘    要:这里所提到的表面粗糙度指的是表面的光洁程度,是用来判定表面加工过程中的参考量。它表示的是工件加工过程中表面出现微小的起伏痕迹的误差,它属于精密测量技术的范畴,是现代机械工业发展的基础,占主导地位。机械加工与表面粗糙度测量技术是息息相关的,它在一定程度上影响了机械制造水平。一个世纪以来,表面粗糙度的研究日益增多,测量仪器和方法也逐渐得到完善。所以本文将重点研究表面粗糙度测量技术与方法的发展历史、现状与发展趋势。

The Measuring Techniques and Methods of Surface Roughness

Abstract:The surface roughness mentioned here refers to the bright and clean degree of surface, it is the reference amount to determine the surface processing. It represents the error of surface tiny traces of workpiece in the machining process, belongs to the category of the precision measurement technology, and is the foundation of the~ development of modern mechanical industry, and it is dominant. Machining processing, which is closely linked with the surface roughness measuring technology, it affected the mechanical manufacturing level in a certain extent. A century, there are more and more reports about the surface roughness, measuring instruments and methods also gradually improved. So this research will focus on the development history, current situation and trend of surface roughness measuring technique and method.
