With the significant changes of China＇s industry environment like the swelling pressure of RMB upvaluation,and the trend that cost of domestic manufacturing is rising.The export-oriented industry＇s advantage that they rely on low cost is disappearing,whice force the domestic enterprises searching for a new low cost way.This paper comes up with a new concept that we call innovation low-cost strategy,which the chief drive is the innovation,with low strategy risk.Make the enterprises possess sustainable endogenous advantages after they implement this strategy.
