摘    要:人才培养模式的关键在于人才培养的过程。由于学制、学生知识基础、学习能力、心理特征等方面的鲜明特点,五年制高职不是三年制高职时间上的复制,也不能照搬三年制高职的人才培养规格、培养目标和培养过程。只有对二者进行全方位的比较研究,才能制定出真正适合五年制高职的人才培养模式,提高五年制高职的人才培养质量。
