| 摘 要： | 发电机定子嵌线安装工艺复杂,对安装的环境要求很高。棉花滩水电站为地下厂房,安装期间空气湿度大,安装场地小、干扰大。本文叙述了棉花滩水电站发电机定子在机坑内嵌线的安装工艺,介绍了定子电气试验的结果,并总结出控制定子嵌线质量的要点。

| Abstract: | Installation process of generator stator coil assembly is complex,and needs high demand for installation environment.Mianhuatan hydropower station is the underground powerhouse,which has high humidity,small installation area and large disturbance.In this paper,installation process of generator stator of Mianhuatan hydropower station inserting coil in machine pit was expounded,stator electrical test results were described,and points of quality control of stator coil assembly was summed up. |
