| 摘 要： | 目的:引起高职院校管理者对非学历教育工作的重视;方法:从高职院校非学历教育中存在的问题、定位及开展非学历教育的原则、效果等四个方面探讨了高职院校非学历教育的地位和作用;结果:提出了高职院校开展非学历教育的原则和意义;结论:确立非学历教育在高职院校中的重要地位是非常必要的。
