| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代,高新技术产业成为产业结构升级的龙头。高新技术企业集群,一方面从要素、需求、相关产业和企业战略、结构与竞争四个方面来推动地区高新技术产业更快地发展;另一方面凭借集群的组织结构、竞争、合作以及文化优势,持续地进行技术创新,利用新技术来提升传统产业,促进地区产业结构的升级。

| Abstract: | Against the background of knowledge-based economy,high-tech industry becomes the forthgoer in the escalation of regional industry.This paper holds that on one hand,high-tech enterprises'clustering promote regional high-tech industry through four aspects,that's factor?demand?related industry and enterprises'stratagem, structure and competition; on the other hand, high-tech industrial cluster has advantages of organizational structure,competition, cooperation and environment and according to all of these factors,high-tech indnstrial cluster can keep on technological innovation and transfer high technology to traditional industry. Thus ,high-tech industrial cluster is the thruster in the escalation of regional industry. |
