| Abstract: | Due to the importance of the real estate market, dynamic monitoring, which will give a warning timely, is needed. This paper referenced the established ideas of urban land dynamic monitoring technical system, then put forward the dynamic price monitoring system＇s estab/ished ideas, technical methods, effect and so on. All of this are hoped to provide a useful reference to the price monitoring and regulation of the real estate market. |
