| 摘 要： | 高校是知识商品的主要生产基地之一,它的知识产权保护几乎涵盖知识产权的各个领域。但由于目前高校知识产权保护工作体系尚未完善,知识产权流失严重,制约了高校的创新和发展。本文通过分析高校知识产权保护工作中存在的问题,研究解决问题的办法,并建立有效的知识产权管理战略,促进科技成果转化,为社会经济服务。

| Abstract: | The university is the main production base of knowledge commodity.Its intellectual property rights protection almost covers all fields of intellectual property rights.However,because at present the work of intellectual property protection has not been perfected yet,intellectual property drain is serious,which restricts the university innovation and development.Through analyzing the problems existing in intellectual property protection of universities,this paper studies the solution to the problem,and establishes an effective intellectual property management strategy,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and serving the society and economics. |
