| 摘 要： | 为适应现代大学生心理特点的转变,高校教育管理体制改革创新的不断推进,高校教师亟需改变创新原有的学生管理工作方式。通过深入了解现阶段大学生心理特点及产生根源,剖析高校教育管理体制改革方向,探讨教师创新学生管理工作的具体措施,有助于培养大学生德智体全面发展,保护大学生健康成长,推动教育管理体制改革创新。
