信用担保公司成长能力评价指标体系研究

以融资担保为主营业务的信用担保公司,具有的风险传导和放大功能,在实现收益的同时也面临着较大的风险。因此金融机构和中小企业如何借用信用担保行业的担保和融资功能,重要的一点是取决于担保公司的成长性和经营的低风险性。本文认为在发展和壮大信用担保行业的过程中,我们应该有一个相对完善的对担保公司成长能力评价的体系。由此,本文根据担保行业的特点,建立起了信用担保公司成长能力评价的多因素综合指标体系,并采用功效系数综合评价法和因子分析法对担保公司的成长能力进行了评价比较分析。

A Research on the Index System for Growth Capacity Evaluation of the Credit Guarantee Corporation

The credit guarantee corporations which take the financing guarantee as main business, possess the risk of transmission and amplification, and confront great risks in the realization of benefits. In consequence, how can the credit guarantee industry performs its guarantee and financing function, will depend on the credit guarantee corporations＇ potential growth capacity and low-risk business environment. In this paper, we consider that in the process of the development and expansion of credit guarantee industry, a relatively perfect index system for growth capacity evaluation of the credit guarantee corporation should be structured. By that means, according to the characteristics of the credit guarantee industry, we build a comprehensive multi-factor index system, and on this premise,the efficacy coefficient method and factor analysis method were used in this paper for comparative evaluation and analysis of the growth capacity of the credit guarantee corporation.
