刑事诉讼法学研究生培养模式研究

熟识诉讼知识的应用型人才培养是关系刑事司法能否顺利实行的关键因素,然而我国高等教育体系中,诉讼法研究生人才的培养模式存在着缺陷,不能满足司法实践对于诉讼实用人才的需要,本文就我国刑事诉讼法学研究生培养模式的缺陷进行探讨,以求找到一个合理的解决之道。

On Postgraduate Training Mode of Criminal Procedure Law

The applied talents who are familiar with litigation knowledge is a key factor in which is related to the implementation of the criminal justice,however,in China's higher education system,the procedural law graduate talents' training mode has defect,which can not meet the needs of judicial practice to litigation utility personnel.This paper made exploration on the defects of China's graduate training mode of criminal procedure law,in order to find reasonable solutions.
