| 摘 要： | 通过以电子邮件问卷调查的方式对高职院校农业类毕业生进行了就业意向、就业心理等方面的调查,结果表明,农业类学生出现就业期望值过大、就业盲目、妄想轻松等心理,本文针对这些就业心理进行了分析,并提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | Agricultural graduates of higher vocational college were investigated on the employment intention,employment psychology and other aspects through the way of the questionnaire survey of E-mail,the results show that the agricultural students have the mentality,such as too large in employment expectations,blindfold employment and relaxed work etc.This paper analyzed these employment mentalities,and put forward the corresponding suggestions. |
