| 摘 要： | 以辽东学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为研究对象,探讨了人才培养模式的改革方向。针对机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才培养模式的现状,从实践、创新和职业能力培养三方面存在问题的分析,结合专业建设发展和社会人才需求实际,提出了"本科+技师"人才培养模式,并进行了近四年的研究与实践。研究结果表明,要培养适应企业要求的高素质应用型专门人才,有必要建立新型的"学历+技能"和"校企合作、产学结合"的人才培养模式,坚持职业化取向,培养学生的职业技能,以适应21世纪区域经济社会发展对机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才的需求。
