| 摘 要： | 将模糊理论和灰色系统理论作了对比,提出了一种新的研究方法:灰色综合评判;利用灰色多层次综合评判法,尝试对项目管理成熟度模型进行评判,探讨更加准确、全面、科学的项目管理的方法,其目的在于丰富项目管理成熟度的评价方法,建立另一种测量模式。
