基于需求层次理论的大专院校教师激励机制的探索

摘    要:首先基于马斯洛的需求层次理论,对大专院校教师进行了需求分析,将他们分为助教与讲师、正副教授以及杰出专家三层,并提出了相应的需求假设模型;其次,结合教师需求假设模型,论述了教师绩效考核机制的建立,并给出了一个示例;最后,综合教师岗位目标和教师绩效考核机制,对奖惩激励机制的建立进行了探讨。

Abstract:Firstly,based on Maslow theory of needs hierarchy,a requirement analysis is carried on colleges and universities teachers. Then they are divided into three groups: professor assistant and lecturer,professor and outstanding experts,and the corresponding hypothetic requirement models are presented. Secondly,combined with these models,the establishing of performance evaluation mechanism about teachers is addressed,and an example is presented here. Lastly,on the basis of station requirement and performance evaluation mechanism,the establishing of excitation mechanism is discussed.
