我国在党的十六大上提出了新型工业化概念。如何在这个大背景下,根据区域的实际情况选择主导产业,这是本研究的背景。由于灰色系统理论在分析不确定性问题上具有独特的优势,因此运用灰色聚类评估法对产业部门进行聚类,并用灰色聚类决策方法,对同一灰类的产业部门进行排序,定量地选出区域主导产业。

To Select the Regional Leading Industries under New-type Industrialization

China's 16th Party Congress put forward a concept of New-type industrialization. In this context, how to choose leading industries in accordance with the actual region situation is the paper's research background. The grey system theory has a unique advantage in dealing with uncertain question, so this paper using the way of Grey cluster assessment to cluster the industrial department, and uses grey clustering decision to arrange the identical category,and selects the regional leading industry in quantitative analysis method.
