| 摘 要： | 首先简单分析了影响房价的因素;接着主要通过供给和需求方面、正常的心理预期和非正常的心理预期两个方面,详细分析论证了心理预期是如何对房价产生影响的;最后为了使宏观政策很好的发挥效用,对正确的引导百姓的心理预期,提出了几条建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, firstly, simply analyze the factors affecting the real estate prices ; secondly, mainly through the supply and the demand side, the normal psychological expectations and abnormal psychological expectations those two aspects detailed analyze and argue how the psychological expectations have an impact on the house prices; lastly, in order to make macroeconomic policies to become effective, and guide correctly the masses＇ psychological expectations, bring up several suggestions from the macro level perspective. |
