“一带一路”战略下河北省与俄罗斯文化、旅游合作对接研究

在“一带一路”战略的推动下,中国与俄罗斯的经贸往来愈发频繁,达成了一系列重大的经济发展合作项目,有效推动了中国经济与俄罗斯经济的协同发展。河北省充分利用战略优势,凭借自身在传统经贸方面的独特优势,努力开展了与俄罗斯的文化旅游对接事业,并取得了一定的成效。然而,从当前整体发展的高度来看,河北省在政策布局方面还存在一定的不足之处,文化与旅游产业的合作对接还有待进一步提升。本文就将从宏观角度入手,对河北省与俄罗斯文化、旅游合作对接问题进行深度探讨,从产业对接、产业合作、产业突围、产业体系建设等多个角度入手,寻求有效推动双方合作发展的创新策略,为进一步深化河北省与俄罗斯文化、旅游事业的系统发展,提供科学的理论依据。

A Study on the Cooperation between Hebei Province and Russian Culture and Tourism under the "Belt and Road" Strategy

Driven by the"Belt and Road"strategy,China-Russia economic and trade exchanges have become more frequent,and a series of major economic development cooperation projects have been reached,effectively promoting the coordinated development of the Chinese economy and the Russian economy.Hebei Province has made full use of its strategic advantages and relied on its unique advantages in traditional economics and trade to work hard to carry out the cultural tourism docking with Russia and achieved certain results.However,from the perspective of the current overall development,Hebei Province still has certain shortcomings in terms of policy layout,and the cooperation and docking of the cultural and tourism industries needs to be further improved.This article will start from a macro perspective and discuss in depth the issue of cooperation between Hebei Province and Russian culture and tourism.From the perspectives of industrial docking,industrial cooperation,industrial breakthrough,and industrial system construction,we will seek innovations that effectively promote the development of bilateral cooperation.The strategy provides a scientific theoretical basis for further deepening the systematic development of cultural and tourism undertakings in Hebei Province and Russia.
