摘    要:操纵和调节农具是拖拉机液压悬挂系统的主要功能,因此拖拉机液压提升力性能试验是对拖拉机产品进行众多性能测试中的一项基本也是必要的试验。文章利用拖拉机电控液压悬挂系统检测试验台对四川川龙制造厂生产的CLDS354型号拖拉机提升力进行了检测,阐述了试验方法并分析了试验结果。根据试验结果拟合出悬挂点处及框架处提升力估算公式和拟合曲线,实现了对该型号拖拉机不同提升高度提升力的估算。

Abstract:Manipulating and adjusting the farm implements is the main function of the tractor hydraulic suspension system.Therefore,the tractor hydraulic lift capacity performance test is a basic and necessary test for many performance tests of tractor products.In this paper,the lifting capacity of the CLDS354 tractor produced by Sichuan Chuanlong Factory was tested by the tractor electric control hydraulic suspension system test bench.The testing method was described and the testing results were analyzed.According to the testing results,the lifting force estimation formula and the fitting curve at the suspension point and the frame are fitted,and the estimation of the lifting forcefor different lifting heights of the tractor is realized.
