摘    要:科室考核奖惩机制的建立是医院经营目标实现的基础和保障。医院的各级管理者必须懂经济,会经营,善于利用各种经济杠杆管理医院。文章从考核奖惩机制的建立到运用,进一步探讨了绩效考核奖惩与医院经营目标之间的关系。

Abstract:The assessment incentive mechanism of department is the basis and guarantee of achieving hospital management goals.Hospital managers at all levels must understand the economy and operation,and make good use of a variety of economic levers to manage the hospital.The article explores the relationship between the performance appraisal incentive and business objectives of the hospital from the establishment and use of the evaluation incentive mechanism.
