| 摘 要： | 现代医学科学的迅猛发展,使得医学院校的教育正在经历着前所未有的考验。作为医学院校的管理人员,我们有责任改变旧的医学教育模式和教育目标,转变人才教育模式,提出新的教育模式。本文结合多年来的教学管理经验、教学改革及实践,对高等医学院校的教学改革经验进行阐述,希望能与广大同仁探讨。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of modern medical science,making the medical college education be experiencing unprecedented test.As the management of the medical colleges and universities,we have a responsibility to change the old medical education mode and education target,change talents education model,this paper puts forward the new education pattern,based on years of teaching experience,teaching reform and practice,the teaching reform of higher medical colleges and universities experience carries on the elaboration,hoping to explore with the vast number of colleagues. |
