| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国高等职业教育目前在教学体系中存在的产需脱节问题,然后分析以就业为导向的高职教学体系改革的必要性,再就提出教学改革的几点建议:以就业为导向优化课程设置,采取灵活的教、学、做三位合一的教学模式,大力推进建设懂理论、会动手的"双师型"教师队伍,采取既考核理论知识又考核专业技能的综合评分方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper,for the problems of production and demands for Chinese higher vocational education in the teaching system,the necessity of reform of employment-oriented higher vocational teaching system is analyzed,several suggestions of teaching reform are proposed: employment-oriented optimizing curriculum setting,adopting flexible teaching mode of integrating teaching,learning and doing,vigorously promoting and constructing "Double Type" teacher team with theory and practice,and taking comprehensive scoring methods of appraisal theory and professional skills assessment. |
