| 摘 要： | 目的:探索临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式。方法:在学生培养过程中,加强岗前培训提高临床基本技能,提高临床轮转质量,严格专业技能考核及论文答辩。结果:临床医学专业学位研究生临床能力和全面素质得到提高。结论:以提高临床能力作为培养的核心,采用合理的培养模式,可提高研究生临床能力及全面素质。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore training mode of clinical professional postgraduates.Methods:Training were held to improve clinical skill before clinical study,education quality were guaranteed during clinical rotation,special skill examination and thesis defense were held strictly before graduate.Results:Clinical ability and comprehensive quality were elevated in clinical professional postgraduates.Conclusion: With stick to clinical ability and reasonable training mode,clinical ability and comprehensive quality could be improved obviously. |
