井眼轨迹对杆、管偏磨的影响

摘    要:管、杆偏磨一直以来是第一采油厂第七油矿503队抽油机检泵率的主要原因之一,截至2010年8月31日,我队抽油机井检泵共16口,其中因偏磨检泵10口,偏磨是我队检泵的主要原因。本文分析了井眼轨迹对管、杆偏磨的影响,并提出相应的防偏磨措施。

Abstract:The pipe and rod wearing has been one reason for No.1 oil production plant No.7 oil field,503 oil production crew to have rod-pumped well pump rate.By August 31,2010,our rod-pumped well inspected 16 wells,among them,10 are side wear,and partial wear is the main reason for our team pump inspection.This paper analyzes the well trajectory of the tube,rod eccentric wear,and corresponding measures for preventing side wear.
