| 摘 要： | 西方发达国家的经验告诉我们,EPC总承包项目具有巨大的经济效益和社会价值,近年来我国政府也一直在建筑行业大力倡导EPC总承包模式。本文在介绍EPC总承包管理模式的基础上,探讨近年来我国EPC管理模式发展出现的普遍问题,并在此基础上提出如何提高承包商盈利能力的建议。

| Abstract: | Western developed countries experience tells that EPC turnkey project has huge economic and social value,in recent years our government has been vigorously advocated EPC contracting model in the construction industry.This paper introduces the EPC general contract management model,based on the widespread problem in the EPC management development of China in recent years,and on this basis,proposes how to improve the profitability of the contractor. |
