摘    要:随着近几年高校的不断扩招,高校留级生所占比例不断上升。笔者主要结合工作实践,总结了留级生群体的形成原因以及该群体给高校带来的负面效应,指出了留级生管理工作中的难点,并对如何加强留级生管理与转化提出了自己的见解:加强制度建设,加大制度管理力度;坚持"以人为本",积极营造适合留级生转化的良好人文氛围;班级、学校与家庭三方联动,为留级生的良性转化提供有利的条件和环境,扎扎实实做好留级生转化工作。

Abstract:In recent years,along with the constantly extending enrollment of colleges and universities,the college repeaters are making an increasing proportion.This article mainly summarizes its forming reasons as well as the negative effects upon colleges,pointing out the existing difficulties of management and raising its own perspectives,such as strengthening the system construction,reinforcing system management,creating good cultural environment for repeaters' transformation by sticking to the "people-oriented principle",providing favorable conditions,with the joint efforts by the class,the school,and the family,to realize the repeaters transformation literally.
