摘    要:随着中国经济的高速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,可持续发展理念的不断增强,计算机网络技术的不断成熟,绿色建筑和智能建筑的建设在我国迎来了高峰期,这些技术的应用也充分展现了我国的综合实力和科技水平的进步,二者的有机结合形成了绿色智能建筑的概念,对于工程设计及施工提出了更高要求。建筑学是研究建筑及其环境的学科,在工程设计中是"牵头专业",对于建筑的物理环境、空间布局、形象展示、功能设定、结构形式等起到了决定作用。绿色智能建筑对建筑学专业从方案制定到施工图设计同样提出了更高要求,本文针对河北省本土的绿色智能建筑的设计原则、内容进行了探讨。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's economy,unceasing enhancement of the people's living standard,constantly reinforce of the concept of sustainable development,and the constant maturity of computer network technology,the construction of green building and intelligent building in our country ushers the peak period,the application of these technologies also fully shows China's comprehensive strength and technology progress,the organic combination of the both form the concept of green intelligent building,which put forward higher requirements for engineering design and construction.Architecture is the discipline of studying the building and its environment,is the leading specialty in engineering design,and plays a decisive role for the physical environment,space layout,image display,function setting,structure form.Green intelligent building puts forward higher requirements for architecture speciality from project establishment to construction drawing design.This paper discussed design principle and content of the local green intelligent building in Hebei province.
