| 摘 要： | 针对目前高新技术产业化项目评价研究中存在的问题,本文采用专利组合分析方法对高新技术产业化项目的技术实力进行评价。同时,借鉴主导产业选择的相关理论,构建出专利-产业-市场一体化组合模型,以期为地方政府组织评价、筛选高新技术产业化项目提供客观、有效的分析工具。

| Abstract: | In the light of the research on the high-tech industrialization projects evaluation,this paper proposed the idea of evaluating high-tech industrialization projects technical level from the view of patent portfolio analysis.At the same time,referring to the theory choosing leading industry,this paper constructed the patent-industry-market integration portfolio assessment model to provide an objective and effective analysis tool for the local governments to evaluate and choose the high-tech industrialization projects. |
