| Abstract: | The planning book about the project implementation is a guidance and programmatic document that used to complete all the management objectives,and at the same time the project leader who mainly responsible for working out the planning book,must through the construction survey and analysis,determines the management goal,optimizes the construction scheme,reparates the plan and guarantee measures and so on,and directs the key management to complete all the management objectives. |
