| 摘 要： | 精装修住宅具有节能、环保的优势,已成为房地产的发展趋势;但精装修住宅在设计、施工、验收等方面存在有待改进的地方。文章从设计、建筑材料选择、施工过程控制等方面阐述了加强精装修住宅质量控制的措施,以促进精装修住宅的持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | The fine decorated apartments have the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,which has become the trend of the development of real estate,but the design,construction and acceptance of fine decorated apartments are to be improved.This paper expounds measures to strengthen quality control of fine decorated apartments from the design,selection of construction material,construction process control,etc.,so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of fine decorated apartments. |
