| 摘 要： | 近些年,BOT这种集项目融资、建设及运营于一体的模式已经越来越多地被我国政府运用于基础设施建设中,所以对BOT项目风险研究是非常必要的。本文基于SWOT分析法,同时结合层次分析法,分析项目过程中可能出现的各种风险,为项目决策者结合具体项目进行风险分析进而做出合理正确的判断提供了又一个选择。

| Abstract: | BOT project,with a set of financing,construction and operation in one,has been increasingly used in the infrastructure construction of by our government.So it is very necessary to start point for risk research in BOT project.So according to the characteristics of BOT projects,based on the SWOT method,combined with the AHP analysis,it analyzes the various risks in course of the BOT project.And this paper provides the project decision-makers with another choice in specific project risk analysis. |
