| 摘 要： | 园林绿化工程的前期决策、设计以及招标阶段的造价控制是园林绿化造价控制的重点。本文通过分析一般园林绿化工程的上述阶段在造价控制管理上普遍存在的诸多问题,结合亚运城园林绿化工程的实际情况,提出完善园林绿化工程造价控制管理的措施和方法。

| Abstract: | The prophase planning,design and cost control in bidding stage is the focus of landscape cost control. By analyzing the common problems in general landscaping projects at the stage of cost control management and combined with the actual situation of landscaping projects in Asian Games Town,the sound landscape management project cost control measures and methods are put forward. |
