| 摘 要： | 创新人才的培养是要使学生在学校学习过程中具备主动学习的精神和创造性学习的能力,具有创新意识并能够独立获取知识,更为重要的是要让学生在走出校门后能够成为具有创新精神和创造能力的社会主义建设者。文章结合实际教学经验,提出了一些高校创新人才培养的创新思路和方案。

| Abstract: | Training creative talents is to train the students＇ the spirit of active learning and creative ability to learn in the learning process,to make them have innovative consciousness and can get knowledge independently.What＇s more,after graduation,the students can become the builders of socialism with innovative spirit and creativity.Combining with practical teaching experience,the paper made innovative ideas and solutions of innovative talent training of some univeristies. |
