| 摘 要： | 本文指出了青年教师的教学方面的不足并对其原因进行了分析,进而提出提高高职院校青年教师教学能力的五项措施:①完善岗前培训工作,切实落实青年导师制。②合理安排青年教师的教学工作。③青年教师应加强备课环节。④听课是提高青年教师教学能力的有效途径。⑤加强青年教师的实践技能培养。

| Abstract: | This paper points out the young teachers＇ teaching deficiency and analyzes the reasons,and then puts forward five measures improving the higher vocational colleges＇ young teachers＇ teaching abilities： 1.perfecting post training work,earnestly implementing the youth tutorial system.2.reasonably arranging young teachers＇ teaching work.3.the young teacher should strengthen prepares for teaching.4.listening is an effective way to improve the teaching ability of young teachers.5.strengthen the training of practical skills of young teachers. |
