| 摘 要： | 地方工科院校的首要任务是培养服务于地方经济建设具有创新型的工程实践人才,而大学生实践能力的高低在很大程度上取决于教师的实践能力。本文先是分析了现阶段地方工科院校教师工程实践能力的现状及形成的原因,最后给出了提高教师工程实践能力的策略。

| Abstract: | The primary task of regional colleges of engineering is to develop innovative engineering practice talents that servicing in the local economic construction, while the level of practical ability of college students depends largely on teachers＇ practical ability. This article firstly analyzes the current situation and reasons of teachers＇ engineering practice ability in regional colleges of engineering, finally proposes the strategy to improve teachers＇ engineering practice ability. |
