| Abstract: | Satisfaction of tourism service quality of scenic spot is the key factor for the long-term development of the scenic spot and soft power competition. In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of Tianmu Lake scenic area service quality satisfaction, find out the existing problems are put forward to promote the degree of satisfaction, satisfaction of service quality of Tianmu Lake tourist attractions of the countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the depth development of Tianmu Lake scenic area. |
