摘    要:景区旅游服务质量满意度是景区长远发展的软实力和竞争的关键因素。本文通过天目湖景区服务质量满意度调查分析,找出满意度存在的问题,提出提升天目湖旅游景区服务质量满意度的对策和建议,以促进天目湖景区的深度发展。

Abstract:Satisfaction of tourism service quality of scenic spot is the key factor for the long-term development of the scenic spot and soft power competition. In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of Tianmu Lake scenic area service quality satisfaction, find out the existing problems are put forward to promote the degree of satisfaction, satisfaction of service quality of Tianmu Lake tourist attractions of the countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the depth development of Tianmu Lake scenic area.
