| Abstract: | Presently,the motivate mechanism of the scientific research in most higher vocational academies is not consummate.To establish the effective motivate mechanism of scientific research management in higher vocational academies,we should base on persevering five principles,construct corresponding motivate mechanism from the scientific research management team,scientific research team and the transform of scientific research fruits. |
