| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of personnel status of China's software outsourcing industry,the paper indicates that university personnel training need to seize opportunities and need the professional bold innovation.Through establishing the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation two-way teaching,the paper explores the road of training undergraduate-level applied talents for the software outsourcing industry. |
