| 摘 要： | 现阶段,在不断推进民主富强文明和谐的社会主义现代化进程中,完善中国特色农村养老保障体系,对构建一个实现经济、政治、文化、社会、法制全面发展的社会主义新农村是有着重大指导意义的。完善社会主义新农村养老保险制度,建立新型农村合作医疗制度已成为构建社会主义新农村建设的必然之选。

| Abstract: | At present, in the process of constantly promoting the modernization construction of democracy, prosperous, civilized and harmonious socialist, improving rural old-age support security system with Chinese characteristics has great instructive significance in constructing socialist new countryside with comprehensive development of economy, politics, culture, society, the legal system. Improving socialist new rural old-age insurance system, establishing the new rural cooperative medical system has become the inevitable choice of building the new socialist countryside. |
