| 摘 要： | 终身体育是终身教育的一个组成部分。本文针对中学体育注重短期效应、忽视学生体育教育的现状,提出要注重培养学生的终身体育观,在体育教学中弘扬游戏精神,以调动学生的兴趣来达到体育教学的目标,最终帮助学生树立终身热爱体育、参加体育运动的习惯。

| Abstract: | The lifelong sport is an integral part of lifelong education. Aiming at the present situation of paying attention to short-term effect in the middle school and ignoring students＂ physical education, the paper proposed that we should pay attention to the cultivation of student＇s lifelong sports view, promoting game spirit in the sports teaching, in order to mobilize students＇ interest in sports and reach teaching goal, and ultimately help students to build up the habit of loving sports, joining in sports through their lives. |
