停训后CMJ动作形式下肢伸肌的动力学分析

摘    要:通过建立人体下肢蹬伸力量的训练及停训模型,对普通高校50名受试的男大学生进行下肢伸肌动力学指标测试,分析停训对CMJ形式蹬伸力量的影响。结果发现:反映蹬伸力量的各项指标停训1周与训练6周后相比无显著性差异,停训2周各项指标达到最大超量恢复,停训3周又逐渐消退至训练前的水平。

Abstract:The author found one training-detraining model of lower limbs' speed force. 50 ordinary sophomores were selected for the investigation. The subjects took part in experiment voluntarily and were tested on the parameters of dynamic index. The study analyzed and compared the difference and relativity of different periods about CMJ speed force in detraining. It has been shown that speed force dynamic parameters of 1 week detraining have not distinctive differences with 6 weeks training. All parameters reached the max.super-compensation after 2 weeks detraining and decreased to pretraining level after 3 weeks detraining.
